Ingredients/Components
- frozen broccoli, chopped or whole - 1 pkg
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cheese - 1/2 c
- salad dressing I use Miracle Whip - 1/4 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions; drain. Spread in bottom of casserole dish. (Do not add salt.) Mix cream of mushroom soup, cheese, salad dressing, milk and egg; pour over broccoli. Spread buttered bread crumbs on top.
