  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • sweet potatoes - 3 lb

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. chopped pecans1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. margarine1/3 c. flour Cook sweet potatoes and mash. Blend in vanilla, eggs, margarine, milk and sugar. Spread evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix topping and spread over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
