  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs - 6 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • Melt pat of butter or margarine in skillet

How to make swedish pancakes:

One Method: Combine and cook in electric skillet with pat of butter or margarine, 1/2 cup batter per pancake. Melt pat of butter or margarine in skillet. Pour in batter and "roll" skillet to spread batter out. Cook briefly on each side, until crepe-like.Second Method: Put eggs, flour and milk in the blender. Blend until the batter is smooth. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in an 8-inch ovenproof skillet. Pour 1/2 cup batter into the skillet. Put the skillet into a 400° oven. Bake about 15 minutes. Serve with lemon and powdered sugar.
