Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- 3 oz - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- olive oil
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- dash of red pepper - 1 item
How to make vegetable frittata:
Heat 3 teaspoons oil in skillet. Add onion; cook until tender. Remove onion and set aside. Lightly beat eggs in bowl. Add onion, spinach, cheese and seasonings. Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons oil in same skillet; add egg mixture. Cook 5 minutes or until browned lightly.Place large plate over frittata. Invert onto plate. Return frittata, uncooked side down, to skillet. Continue cooking until set.
