- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- pecans
- sticks butter - 2 item
- bag mini marshmallows - 1 item
- Icing:1 box powdered sugar
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Icing:1 box powdered sugar1 to 3 c. cocoa1/2 stick butter1/2 c. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients well. Bake in oblong pan at 350° for 35 minutes. Pour 1 bag mini marshmallows over cake while hot.Icing: Beat well all ingredients. Pour over marshmallows. When cold, cut into squares. Makes 20 servings.
