Swedish pancakes
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- dash salt - 1 item
- or 4 eggs, well beaten - 3 item
How to make swedish pancakes:
Mix in order given; batter will be thin. Spoon or pour onto hot griddle or frying pan. It is not necessary to grease griddle. Turn once; they cook quickly to a light golden color. They may be kept warm on a platter in a warm oven until all batter is used. Serve with syrup, jam, or fresh fruit. Serves 2-4 people. Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
