Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- hard-boiled eggs, diced - 4 item
- strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled - 8 item
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- oil light
- red wine vinegar - 5 Tbsp
- sour cream - 4 Tbsp
- salt
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- coarsely ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1 c. oil (light)5 Tbsp. red wine vinegar4 Tbsp. sour cream1 1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. dry mustard2 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper1/4 tsp. garlic powder1 Tbsp. chopped parsley Mix dressing at least 6 hours before using. Toss spinach with mushrooms and green onions. Add desired amount of dressing and toss well. Top with eggs and bacon. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
