Summer spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- spaghetti - 1 pkg
- dry basil - 2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese, cut in 1/4-inch cubes - 1 lb
- fresh tomatoes, chopped and seeded - 4 item
How to make summer spaghetti:
Mix and set at room temperature covered at least 2 hours; better if it sets several hours. Cook 1 pound spaghetti. Drain spaghetti. While still hot, toss with sauce. Once tossed, sit 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt. Toss again, then serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Spaghetti.
