Ingredients/Components
- 2 can sauerkraut
- sour cream - 1 pt
- rye or pumpernickel bread - 1 item
- kosher corned beef - 1 item
- sliced Swiss cheese - 1 item
- hot mustard or horseradish - 1 item
How to make reuben sandwiches:
Press all liquid from sauerkraut and mix with sour cream. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Spread mixture on bread slice. Add corned beef and cheese. Spread hot mustard or horseradish on other slice of bread and top sandwich. Wrap sandwiches individually in foil. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Sandwich.
