Ingredients/Components
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- small green onions with tops, chopped - 2 item
- slices bread, cubed - 4 item
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove mushroom stems and chop finely. Saute chopped mushrooms and onions lightly in skillet in a small amount of oil. Add bread cubes, garlic salt and lemon juice, tossing to mix. Stir in egg and simmer for 1 minute. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture. Arrange in oiled baking dish.
