Stuffed mushrooms



  • fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
  • small green onions with tops, chopped - 2 item
  • slices bread, cubed - 4 item
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item

How to make stuffed mushrooms:

Remove mushroom stems and chop finely. Saute chopped mushrooms and onions lightly in skillet in a small amount of oil. Add bread cubes, garlic salt and lemon juice, tossing to mix. Stir in egg and simmer for 1 minute. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture. Arrange in oiled baking dish. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or microwave for 4 minutes.
