Salmon burgers



Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- can pink salmon, drained - 1 1/2
How to make salmon burgers:
In a medium bowl, combine salmon, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and garlic salt. Mix well. Shape into 4 burgers (mixture will be moist). Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet. Place burgers in skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned. Turn. Brown other side. Serve on buns with your favorite sauce.
