Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- crushed cheese crackers - 1/2 c
- can Veg-All, drained - 1 item
How to make veg-all casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, mix Veg-All, soup, garlic salt, black pepper, lemon juice, beaten egg and mayonnaise. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers, then cheese on top. Cook about 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
