Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- minced garlic cloves - 2 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Preheat broiler. Chop mushroom stems and reserve caps. In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook mushroom stems, onion and next 4 ingredients until onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Spoon mixture into caps. Place caps, stuffed side up, on baking sheet.
