Strawberry pretzel delight

- sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- 4 oz
- can strawberry pie filling
- crushed pretzel sticks - 2 c
- can sweetened condensed milk not evaporated
How to make strawberry pretzel delight:
Filling:1 (12 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)1/2 c. water1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding1 (4 oz.) pkg. container (1 1/2 c.) frozen Cool Whip, thawed Topping:1 (21 oz.) can strawberry pie filling Heat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine all crust ingredients; mix well. Press in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in same large bowl, combine condensed milk and water; blend well. Add pudding mix; beat 2 minutes with electric mixer at medium speed. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Fold whipped topping into thickened pudding mixture. Spread over cooled baked crust. Refrigerate about 1 hour. Spoon strawberry pie filling over top.
