  • pkg - 1 oz
  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • melted margarine - 3/4 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • c sugar
  • thawed Cool Whip
  • coarsely chopped pretzels - 2 c

How to make strawberry pretzel delight:

Mix pretzels, brown sugar and melted margarine. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add strawberries. Let cool until slightly thickened. Cream sugar and cream cheese; fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled pretzel mixture. Pour gelatin mixture over that; refrigerate (does not store well over 3 days as pretzels absorb moisture).
