  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • margarine, melted - 3/4 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • strawberry jello - 1 large
  • crushed pretzels - 2 c

How to make strawberry pretzel delight:

Combine pretzels, melted margarine and sugar; press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes, then cool.

Beat 1 cup sugar into cream cheese, then mix cream cheese mixture into Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzel mixture. Prepare jello in boiling water until dissolved. Add strawberries with juice to jello; let mixture stand until it begins to jell. Gently pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate.
