Strawberry-banana salad



  • sugar
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1 item
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • cold water
  • boiling water
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 c
  • oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • pineapple juice - 1 c
  • sliced bananas - 2 c
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained reserve juice - 1 item
  • strawberry-banana Jell-O - 2 pkg
  • 3rd Layer: Cool Whip

How to make strawberry-banana salad:

2nd Layer:1 c. sugar1 c. pineapple juice1 egg, beaten2 Tbsp. flour2 Tbsp. oleo1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3rd Layer: Cool Whip chopped nuts 1st Layer: Mix all ingredients together and congeal.

2nd Layer: Cook sugar, pineapple juice, egg, flour and oleo on low heat until thick. Add cream cheese. Mix and beat until smooth. Cool; then put on top of congealed Jell-O mixture.

3rd Layer: Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts on top.
