- sugar
- vinegar - 2 c
- celery seed - 2 tsp
- onion - 2 c
- mustard seed - 3 tsp
- squash - 8 c
- red bell pepper - 1 item
- green bell peppers - 2 c
- large jar pimentos - 1 item
How to make squash relish:
Juice:3 c. sugar3 tsp. mustard seed2 tsp. celery seed2 c. vinegar Chop all vegetables coarsely or grate. Soak the squash for 1 hour in noniodized salt. Drain and rinse. Bring juice ingredients to boil. Add veggies and boil again for 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Spreads.
