Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cooked squash - 3 c
- saltine crackers - 6 item
How to make squash casserole:
Drain cooked squash and onion well. Beat with mixer. Add all additional ingredients and beat again. Pour into a greased 3-quart casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 400°. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
