Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cheese
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Ritz cracker crumbs
- squash, cooked tender
How to make squash casserole:
Saute onion in margarine. Add to squash and stir. Add soup, cheese and 1 cup crumbs. Mix thoroughly. Pour into baking dish and top with 1/2 cup crumbs. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
