Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- medium onion - 1 item
- stick melted oleo - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 (8
- medium squash - 4 item
- can chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- small can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion until tender. Mix stuffing and melted oleo. Mix soup, sour cream and water chestnuts. Mix all together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer with stuffing on top.
