Squash casserole

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 8 oz
• medium onion - 1 item
• stick melted oleo - 1 item
• Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 (8
• medium squash - 4 item
• can chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
• small can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item

How to make squash casserole:

Cook squash and onion until tender. Mix stuffing and melted oleo. Mix soup, sour cream and water chestnuts. Mix all together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer with stuffing on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes covered. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
