Chicken paprikash
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 16 oz
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- chicken pieces - 3 4
How to make chicken paprikash:
Spatzle:2 3/4 c. flour2 eggs1 c. water1 Tbsp. oil salt to taste Cook chicken, onion, salt and pepper until done; remove chicken. Add paprika until desired color. Mix sour cream and flour together; add to juices. Simmer until thick. Add chicken. Serve with Spatzle.Spatzle: Mix ingredients until smooth. Bring a pan of water and 1 tablespoon oil to boil. Drop by teaspoon into hot water; cook until done. Drain; add margarine. (Works better with a Spatzle grater.)
