Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/4 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- squash, cooked and drained - 6 c
- onion, chopped fine - 1/2 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix the squash, sour cream, onion, carrots and soup together. Crumble the stuffing mix and mix with the butter. Put half of the stuffing mixture on the bottom of a baking dish; add the squash mixture and top with the rest of the stuffing.
