Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine, melted - 1 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- box Brownberry seasoned croutons - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and drain. Mix the remaining ingredients, using 3/4ths box of croutons and 1/2 of the melted butter. Top with remaining croutons and drizzle butter over all. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
