Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- herb seasoned croutons - 8 oz
- summer squash and zucchini, sliced - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Combine soup with sour cream. Fold in onions, carrots and squash. Combine croutons and melted butter. Spread 1/2 mix on bottom and put vegetables on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
