Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- bread crumbs, buttered - 1 c
- can cut squash, drained, or 1 1/2 pt - 1 oz
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, onion, margarine, eggs, salt and pepper in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cook for 20 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese and bread crumbs on top.
