Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine or butter - 1 item
- cooked squash - 3 lb
- can creamy chicken mushroom soup - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and drain. Mix all ingredients with cooked squash; reserve 1/3 of dressing mix for topping. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
