Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- cooked squash - 3 c
- jar pimiento, chopped - 1 oz
How to make squash casserole:
In an 8 x 8-inch casserole dish, cover bottom with bread crumbs and butter. Mix together soup, onion, pimiento, sour cream, salt and pepper and pour over top of bread crumbs. Top with additional bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
