Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium onions, chopped - 2 item
  • cream of chicken soup undiluted - 3 c
  • can pimentos, chopped and drained - 1 item

How to make delicious squash casserole:

Melt margarine and stir in stuffing. Line casserole with 1/2 of the stuffing mix. Combine all other ingredients and spoon into casserole. Cover with remainder of stuffing. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

I prefer Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing.
