Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- egg, lightly beaten - 1 item
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- medium squash, sliced - 4 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, onion and water. Cover; microwave 9 to 10 minutes or until squash is tender. Mash with potato masher. Add next 5 ingredients and stir. Cover and microwave on Medium-high for 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
