Ingredients/Components
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- yellow squash - 4 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion in salted water and drain. Add bread crumbs and cheese and put mixture in a baking dish. Add rest of the ingredients and bake at 375° until top starts to brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
