Cocktail meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 tsp
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/3 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/3 c
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and salt and form into small balls and broil until brown. Cook the green pepper and onion in the butter until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
