- squash, cooked enough for large casserole dish - 1 item
- cheese, grated - 2 c
- large onion - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 (8
- stick butter - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash; drain and mash. Add butter, onions, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Put in dish; top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until crackers are brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
