Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • raisins - 1 c

How to make zucchini cake:

Blend together in mixer. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes. Especially good with Cream Cheese Frosting.
