Ingredients/Components
- cooked squash - 2 c
- stick melted margarine - 1/2 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Place in casserole dish; top with cheese. Bake at 350° until brown.Asparagus or eggplant may be substituted for squash.
