Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- grated carrot - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1 pkg
- yellow squash, chopped - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook vegetables 10 to 15 minutes. Add soup and sour cream. Melt butter in casserole dish with 1/2 of dressing. Add vegetables and soup mixture. Cover top with remaining dressing. Bake at 300° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
