  • eggs, beaten - 6 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • whole wheat flour - 6 Tbsp
  • Ricotta cheese - 2 c
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 12 oz
  • frozen chopped spinach, thawed

How to make spinach souffle:

Combine all ingredients in a well-oiled casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
