Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- whole wheat flour - 6 Tbsp
- Ricotta cheese - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 12 oz
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed
How to make spinach souffle:
Combine all ingredients in a well-oiled casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Side dish, Vegetables.
