- chopped onions - 2 item
- green beans - 1 qt
- milk - 1 can
- Tater Tots - 1 pkg
- very young rabbits not nearly half grown - 2 item
- blade mace - 1 item
- dessert spoonful flour - 1 item
- a little salt - 1 item
- a little cayenne - 1 item
How to make green bean and hamburger casserole:
Mix the flour very smoothly with four tablespoons of the milk. When this is well mixed, add the remainder. Cut up the rabbits into joints. Put them into a stewpan with the milk and other ingredients and simmer them very gently until quite tender. Stir the contents from time to time to keep the milk smooth and prevent it from burning.
