Ingredients/Components

  • frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 2 pkg
  • eggs - 8 item
  • milk - 4 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • onion, diced - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c

How to make spinach souffle:

Beat eggs and milk until frothy. You may need a little more milk. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased casserole dish approximately 1 hour at 350°.
