Ingredients/Components
- frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 2 pkg
- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- onion, diced - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
How to make spinach souffle:
Beat eggs and milk until frothy. You may need a little more milk. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased casserole dish approximately 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Side dish, Vegetables.
