Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • margarine, melted - 1/4 c
  • white pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • Romano cheese - 3 Tbsp
  • pastry for 9-inch pie

How to make spinach quiche:

Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pastry. Prick bottom and sides with a fork. Bake at 300° for 3 to 4 minutes. Cook spinach; drain water. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
