Rhubarb cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• milk - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• shortening - 1/2 c
• dash of salt - 1 item
• plus 1 Tbsp - 2 c
• rhubarb, diced - 3 c

How to make rhubarb cake:

Dissolve soda in milk. Mix ingredients, put in cake pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
