Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated lemon rind - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 6 Tbsp
How to make cheese cake:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press into bottom and halfway up sides of 9-inch spring-form pan. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup sugar. Add sour cream, beating until fluffy. Add lemon rind and vanilla; add eggs, one at a time, beating until blended and pour into pan. Bake in preheated 300° oven for 60 minutes. turn off oven and leave door ajar for 60 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
