Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 3/4 item
- Monterey Jack cheese, cubed - 1 lb
- fresh bacon bits - 1 item
How to make spinach squares:
Mix eggs, margarine, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Add to spinach and cheese. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon bits. Cut into squares.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
