Spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can water chestnuts - 1 oz
- vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make spinach dip:
Thaw package of spinach and squeeze dry. Stir soup mix, 1 1/2 cups sour cream and mayonnaise together until blended. Stir in spinach and water chestnuts, chopped. Cover. Chill 2 hours. Stir before serving. Makes 4 cups.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
