Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 3/4
- sour cream - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- dehydrated chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- unsliced loaf pumpernickel or rye bread if desired - 2 lb
- crackers, party rye or party pumpernickel - 1 item
How to make spinach dip:
In medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vegetable soup mix, drained spinach and onion. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until serving time. If desired, serve in hollowed out loaf of pumpernickel or rye bread. Serve with crackers or party pumpernickel or rye breads.
