Ingredients/Components
- green onions, chopped - 3 item
- cup mayonnaise - 1 item
- pkg 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry - 1 item
- 16 oz container sour cream - 1 item
- pkg Knorr Recipe Classics Vegetable Soup, Dip and Recipe Mix - 1 item
- 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped - 1 item
- cups 8 oz shredded swiss or cheddar cheese optional - 2 item
How to make spinach dip:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill 2 hours to blend flavors. Stir before serving. (May substitute 16 oz carton plain low fat yogurt for sour cream.)Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
