Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese
- medium onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- thyme - 1 Tbsp
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
How to make spinach balls:
Slightly cook spinach and drain well (no salt added). Mix all ingredients and chill. Form into balls approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter. (Balls can also be frozen.) Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or 350° for 35 minutes if frozen. Makes 50 to 60 balls.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
