Ingredients/Components
- chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed - 2 pkg
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- cube margarine - 1 item
- eggs - 6 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
How to make spinach balls:
Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Melt margarine and mix with all ingredients. Form balls. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.This can also be used as a layer in lasagna instead of forming balls.
