Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 2 pkg
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- crescent rolls or pizza crust - 2 pkg
- dry Ranch dressing or 1 small jar Ranch dressing - 1 pkg
- assorted vegetables: sliced carrots, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, onion and tomatoes - 1 item
How to make vegetable pizza:
Spread 2 packages or crescent rolls onto a cookie sheet. Press together and bake according to package directions. Cool. If using pizza crust, bake at 375° for 12 minutes. May be made the night before.Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing. Spread over cooled crust. Top with assorted vegetables, anything goes. Add tomatoes just before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
