- eggs - 6 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- soft butter - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 2 c
- can Parmesan cheese - 8 oz
How to make spinach balls:
Boil spinach and drain. Beat eggs and mix. Make balls, 60 to 75 balls. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes on cookie sheet (good appetizer).Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
